have been performed over 150,000 WDI inspections for
real estate transactions since 1987 and all
of our inspectors have a minimum of 5 years
full time experience inspecting for wood
destroying insects in the Chicagoland Area. They not only know what
to look for, they know which conditions are
conducive to infestation and the parts of

WDI for a
real estate transaction is generally a limited visual inspection of
the readily accessible areas of the property and does not include
any dismantling, removing or invasive procedures.
We
issue our reports on the industry standard NPMA-33 form
at the time of inspection or
in electronic PDF format via e-mail at the end of the day. All
reports are worded and formatted in a manner
to assure that your
closing will go smoothly, even when we
observe wood destroying insects.
